Students enrolled in Creative Movement through Ballet V are eligible to perform in the School of Ballet Chicago's annual Spring Showcase. In addition, students at these levels have the opportunity to dance in Ballet Chicago's annual production of The Nutcracker. The School advises parents and students that participation is critical to each dancer's development. The decision to participate in either production is a commitment to faculty and classmates and should be made only after considering the student's ability to attend all the required rehearsals. These performances offer parents the opportunity to see their dancer’s growth and development.
